I joined TIPS in 1999 as a Financial Advisor and then, in 2003, became a Director of the company with a focus on providing good-quality, honest advice to employees in the education sector.

From 2007, I have been the senior advisor in the business, and as of 2025, my role changed to focusing on business operations
